Edmonton, AB (February 17, 2022) – FC Edmonton announced the signing of forward Masta Kacher today.
Kacher joined Valour FC on March 6th, 2020, from Saint Louis FC (USL) and played 360 minutes in six appearances, scoring one goal at the 2020 Island Games in Prince Edward Island.
The 26-year-old Kacher has 17 games of CPL experience under his belt, all of them spent at Valour FC over the past two seasons. He played 12 times for the Winnipeg club in 2021, including one appearance in the Canadian Championship, though he missed the final 13 games with an injury. The midfielder proved to be a versatile player for Valour, lining up in multiple different positions across the pitch

FC Edmonton will kick the season off at home on Sunday April 10 against Valour FC at 2pm MT at Clarke Stadium.
